Refund policy

Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Returns requested between 15–31 days will be eligible for store credit only.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Skateboards, skimboards, and surfboards
  • Sunglasses that have been worn
  • Gift cards

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete all returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Sale Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at shopsurfshack@gmail.com,  then send your item to:

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
