Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods
We ship via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Surf Shack South is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available at our Beach Haven location. You will be notified when your order is ready.

International Shipping (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.

Holiday Shipping
We are not responsible for carrier delays during holidays or peak shipping periods.
